Programme Introduction –about the programme, what to expect, introduction to the supplements, food lists, menu plans, shopping and food prep tips.

 

Programme Start – diet, supplements, lifestyle changes.

 

Week 2 

Detoxification – what does it actually mean and why is it important? 

 

Liquid Only 3 days – unlimited soups and vegetable juices supplemented with Ultraclear PH nutritional protein powder to help support healthy energy production and offer comprehensive liver support. The rationale behind including liquid-only days in this programme is to take the energy away from digestion so that it can be directed towards the liver and its detoxification pathways. 

 

Week 3 

Top Tips for Lasting Behaviour Change – talk by Behaviour Change Expert 

 

Moving On - what to do when the programme ends.

 

Programme End - wrap up, feedback, evaluation.
