All new clients are invited to take advantage of a free 15-minute telephone consultation in which we can discuss your health concerns and goals and see how I can help.
The next step would be a full initial consultation, which lasts 60 minutes, in which I would take a detailed case history and discuss your presenting symptoms in more detail. This consultation takes place face to face, and you will be required to complete a 5-day food log before you come. After this consultation, I will send you a comprehensive personalised nutritional plan, detailing foods you should be eating or avoiding, recipes, and supplement recommendations.
Follow up consultations are then recommended every 2-4 weeks or as required. In these consultations we will review your progress on the plan, and introduce further recommendations as required in order for you to meet your goals.
For best results I recommend clients sign up for a package of a minimum of 3 consultations, this will give clients the best chances of success on their programme.
